Lilyford COVID-19 Statement
We’re conscious that we are all living in unpredictable and challenging times, especially those at higher risk from coronavirus, who may need to isolate more than others. Rest assured that all viewings of Dundee House will be conducted as safely as possible for everyone involved. Anyone interested in viewing our show flat should make a booking with our sales team, on the phone or via email. Once we confirm the time and date of your viewing, we’ll provide you with all the information you need to park with ease and access the building safely.
Whilst booking a viewing isn’t mandatory, if you’d prefer to pop in at your leisure please be aware that we can only host one viewing at a time, so if there is one taking place, there may be a short wait outside on our comfy bench until we can let you in. We’ll post a sign very clearly if we are showing someone else round, and it’s important you don’t enter until we escort you in.
All government and industry guidelines are being followed to the letter and we have conducted thorough risk assessments. Until further notice, only four people are permitted to attend each viewing I’m afraid, and everyone (our team included) must wear face coverings – we have disposable ones available if required. We are thoroughly disinfecting all key areas and touch points between viewings.
Visitors must sanitise their hands on arrival, and maintain a 2 metre social distance at all times during the tour. Also don’t feel you have to remember all of this – we’ll give you a quick refresher on safety when you get to the building. Needless to say, If you do have any symptoms, or have been in contact with anyone else displaying symptoms prior to your visit, we ask that you postpone your viewing to another time. For any customers who may be under self-imposed quarantine, or are not comfortable attending an in person viewing, virtual appointments via video call are also available
With regards moving in to one of our apartments, we have partnered with Bishop’s Move to make your moving process as safe and easy as possible. More information is available on their website: www.bishopsmove.com.
As Government advice evolves, we will constantly monitor the situation, updating our policies and the information provided on our website in line with any new guidelines. Our phone lines are also open to answer any enquiries you may have. If you’d like to get in touch please call 01730 770 660 or email us sales@lilyford.co.uk .
