Lilyford Development Featured in South Downs National Park Design Guide

It was a very pleasant surprise to find that the recently adopted South Downs National Park Authority Design Guide includes our Midhurst development Dundee House as a ‘Landscape-Led Mini Case Study’.

The SDNPA Supplementary Planning Document features it as a development that enhances the character of Midhurst, taking this prominent site from one of ‘poor immediate character’ to ‘urban grain and streetscape repaired’.

Our Design & Planning team place a great deal of emphasis on the design process, spending time understanding the local streetscenes, architecture and how people interact with the site. This allows us to deliver buildings that compliment and enhance the unique locations in which we build.
