We do allow well behaved pets, yes. Please speak to our team to discuss in more detail.
Can I rent an apartment at Gayton House?
We currently only sell apartments, we don’t offer any of our apartments for rent.
Do your apartments come with a warranty?
Absolutely! The Gayton House development is protected by a 10 year New Home Warranty from Protek. All homes covered by the warranty are insured against a wide range of structural issues that could occur to your home during the 10 years after construction is completed.
What does the service charge cover?
Building maintenance, window cleaning, landscaped gardens, the House Manager, communal areas, the lift, and the 24-hour emergency call system. Please request details from sales@lilyford.co.uk and we will be happy to provide a full breakdown of service fees.
