A huge thank you to members of our local community who braved the wind and rain this week to attend the first in our series of Lilyford Coffee Mornings at The Spread Eagle Hotel & Spa in Midhurst, West Sussex. We were delighted to meet some of our local community and see some familiar faces again. Many thanks to all of you who attended.

The morning was a great success as it gave us the opportunity to gather the thoughts and viewpoints of local people about what our ambitions are for our latest development, and for the future Lilyford properties moving forward. We certainly learned a great deal about those that live in the local area, as well as just how many activities there are on offer in Midhurst and in the surrounding towns! Most of all, we loved finding out what you all love about your home town.

As ever with property, the location is always critical, and it was really important that our development was close to the essential shops, amenities and leisure destinations you care about. We were touched to hear that local residents had so much positive feedback regarding the re-generation of our site and how much they were looking forward to the beneficial impact our design will have on the whole street.
