On completion, we donate £2,500 to your nominated club and give £2,500 to you. Two gifts, one happy move.
Friends of Lilyford Terms and Conditions
The Friends of Lilyford Offer is available on new reservations of apartments at Gayton House, Vicarage Road, Yateley. On legal completion, the purchaser will receive a £2,500 cash payment and Lilyford Homes Ltd will make a £2,500 donation to a participating local community club or group nominated by the purchaser. The nominated organisation must be approved by Lilyford Homes Ltd.
The Friends of Lilyford Offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotion or incentive. Where a purchaser also qualifies for Lilyford’s Stamp Duty Paid promotion, the purchaser’s £2,500 cash payment will instead be applied towards the value of the stamp duty contribution. The nominated community club or group will still receive the £2,500 donation.
No cash alternative is available for the community donation. Lilyford Homes Ltd reserves the right to amend, withdraw or terminate the Friends of Lilyford Offer at any time without notice. The promoter is Lilyford Homes Ltd.
